My focus is to create a space where your story matters. I’m excited to work with you and grateful to be part of your experience.

I’m Rachael, a therapist and licensed clinical social worker practicing in Maryland. I have experience in a range of life’s challenges including grief, end of life, palliative care, family services and couples counseling.

I am licensed to practice mental health counseling by the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners as an LCSW-C (Licensed Certified Social Worker – Clinical)

I have worked as a hospice and palliative care social worker for many years, supporting families through life’s transitions. I also have experience in the aging population and the child welfare system. Before I came into this field, I worked in project management. I still love collaborating to find solutions.

I find fulfillment in caring for my children and family, and take pride in supporting my spouse’s military service.
